This service is FREE, included in your Enterprise subscription, with scheduled express shipments to meet the needs of your business. Shipments can be sent annually, semi-annually, quarterly, or monthly.
IDrive sends you a temporary hard drive for you to backup all your files. Using Local Backup from the IDrive application, you can safely backup data and ship the hard drive back to IDrive at no cost!
Once we receive the drive, we put your data directly into your account. From there, the IDrive software on your devices take over, updating your account with any new files you’ve added, or updates you’ve made to files on your end.
Once you request the retrieval of your data, IDrive takes the most recent version of your files and saves them to a temporary storage device. This device is then shipped to you.
Just plug the drive into your computer via the USB cable and use the IDrive application to restore your data. Once you finish restoring, simply return the storage device to us.
This service includes free return shipping for customers within the USA. International customers from Canada, Germany, France, Italy, and the Australia will be reimbursed for the cost of Standard Shipping from the postal service of their choice.
